Had a great experience with Mansfield Auto. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the staff was professional throughout the entire repair process. I had my Cadillac XT5 catalytic converter and flex pipe repaired, and the work was completed on time. There was one small miscommunication along the way, but it was handled professionally and everything was ironed out perfectly. Called for a radiator gave them the make and model just to get there and they don’t have it after telling me it’s in stock. Then after being in the building 15 mins waiting on somebody had to call the store phone to get them to come to the front. Tell me I have to pick it up at another location but pay here. I get to the pick up location and as soon I seen the box was wrong I told them. Instead of telling me it’s at a farther location they just kept saying. It’s on the way 15 mins away.
