After a few dealings for parts I will say they far exceeded my expectations. Followed up all the questions i had immediately, rang to confirm parts of my online orders, picked and packed orders quickly and juggled the logistics to suit my requests. I don’t expect this level of service from any business these days. Big shout out to James. Thanks for your help. I’ll be back for more in the near future!!

Billie at PAC was great to deal with. My nephews merch was too small and he sorted my exchange out straight away. The initial purchase and delivery was smooth and boys loved their products. Pac for me is hands down the best to deal with. James is a great communicator and is willing to go the extra mile to help me with any questions no matter how big or small. Awesome customer service and it’s great to see these days someone at the Top of the Game that hasn’t forgotten about the little guys at the bottom that are trying to get the job done In backyards and sheds at home .
