Terrible Service! Pablo Marble and Granite, LLC was late to the installation and left my floors dirty. Not happy with the service.

I never leave bad reviews for business but I have no idea how this business can be in good stand. I wanted to do two projects with this company, Ben was very nice at first and earned my trust, he asked for 75% of the payment just to secure the installation of first project. There was a small modification in the first project upon completion, he asked for extra $300, which I was ok with, but could not pay immediately. The countertop itself was not what we had hoped for—stains appeared easily, and cleaning has been more challenging than we were led to believe.
Do not do business with this company. Ben is a con artist who will tell you anything you want to hear just to lock up your deposit. He gives the same script to each client, telling them if you pay in cash up front he will give you a discount, but when it comes time to install he will try to change the stone at the last minute. He is not an honest person.
