We had such a great experience with Dr. Arango. He was incredibly kind, patient, and sweet with my son, which made the whole visit so much easier. He spent so much time answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. My son was having recurring nosebleeds, and Dr. Arango cauterized his nose while keeping him comfortable and calm throughout the process. He’s truly great with kids, and I’m so grateful for the care he gave my son. I would absolutely recommend him to any parent looking for a wonderful ENT.

I am shocked at what is going on in the medical world. I was sent to get a CT scan by my ENT, Dr. Arango. I was told that I needed to make sure that I bring the CD back on my next visit. (When did we become couriers? And when did that become the patient's responsibility?) But okay, I go to Baptist Medical Arts Building in Kendall. I get the CT scan done, however Natalie advised their machine is not working, so I was not able to get the CD.
