Total headache to deal with. 5 years as a tenant, and never got more than the bare minimum. Sometimes less.
DO NOT RENT FROM Patrick Burris and AA Property Management!! Worse experience I have ever had with a landlord. After the fires rent gouged my rental in Ventura to max allowed by state law. 45 days and will never fix anything, blames it on the owner. STAY AWAY! Plenty of good landlords out there, this isn't one of them!
