My daughter has studied ballet for 12 years and hit a plateau in her abilities because of hip issues, poor posture and minor scoliosis. Her dance teacher recommend Ms. Katy and within weeks of working with her my daughter’s hip issues started to resolve and her strength has improved significantly. She was also very helpful when my daughter suffered a minor concussion. Katy was able to use her expertise and improve my daughter’s condition after one session. I can’t recommend Katie enough! I brought my daughter into her office in January for a pointe readiness consultation. My daughter looked forward to her sessions each week and really took in the information she was given. If you have a dancer aspiring to reach their dance goals, ... read more

I did my research before choosing Katy Ewalt, owner of PAARTS. Katy has extensive experience in sports medicine and performing arts medicine, working with professional dancers, performing artists, athletes, and active adults. I've always beli... read more
At 70 years old, my goal isn't just to relieve pain—it's to stay active, continue taking Pilates classes, enjoy long walks, and maintain my health and mobility well into my 80s. I'm grateful to have found Katy at PAARTS Wellness Studio in San Diego. During my first 90-minute evaluation, she performed one of the most comprehensive assessments I've ever experienced. She carefully evaluated how my entire body was moving and developed a personalized plan to address the underlying causes of my problems rather than simply focusing... read more
