This is the most positive, kind, well managed ophthalmologist I've ever used. Because I have extensive eye injuries, I have been to six practices across PA and spend hundreds of hours in opthamologists' offices. Great did a surgery on my eye and was excellent
I accompanied an elderly relative to this office for an eye injection. He appears to like and is comfortable with the doctor performing the exam. However, overall I found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. First impressions are everything and I would want staff representing my place of business to have a more positive vibe. Not impressed at all!
