I brought someone in for laser surgery. We sat for 1 1/2 hours before she was called back. Only to be given a second injection and sent back out to the waiting room with tge entire room full of people waiting. Some are coming and going. There is a lot of complaining going on while we all wait. One gentleman said he had to wait 8 hours one day before being seen. This is the most positive, kind, well managed ophthalmologist I've ever used. Because I have extensive eye injuries, I have been to six practices across PA and spend hundreds of hours in opthamologists' offices. It is difficult find a well-educated, competent and kind doctors who can manage my care. I have finally found that at PA Retina Specialists.
