I bought Philly new construction through Stuart Udis of PA Realty Advisors. The place was rushed, with many sloppy details (paint, grout, broken window, leaky gutter) at the time of sale. 6 months after sale and he is ghosting us regarding fixing remaining issues for our 1-year warranty (replacing gutter, water damage in bathroom, major pooling in the fiberglass rooftop deck). Be warned if you buy a new place from Stuart, quality control is poor and communication is non-existent.
