My experience with PA Auto Inspection in Philadelphia has been disappointing. After my newly purchased Nissan Sentra started having issues, Elite Auto House arranged to have the car towed to PA Auto Inspection (their preferred mechanic) for diagnosis. If you work with them, you will be deceived; do not trust them. I transported two cars for them, and they gave me a check, but I couldn’t collect it. Later, no matter how many times I called, they didn’t help. They are not answering now. They are scammers.
I went in a couple of months ago with a blue Chevy Cruze check engine light on, that same day I left with two lights on. they removed it but then the check engine light came back on, I did 3 different appointments (4 if you count the one I missed) and got the same result the light came back on they charged me $300 to change the HVAC air sensor and a filter for the engine because they said that was the problem for the check engine light, but the check engine light keeps staying on. So I made a purchase from PA Auto sales on 611. When I made the purchase I did not notice some of the issues the used car I purchased had right away. I called their manager Jean and expressed my concerns and he was very helpful. He told me about their shop on global road and that the car purchased had 30 days coverage on anything needed. They we're very professional and I had no issue with the service. Highly recommended!
Very fast and affordable , the lady at the front desk is very nice and professional. The waiting area is big and stylish. I love bringing my car there for any problems. I’m satisfy with their work!!! My oil change was completely fast and they were happy to serve me!!
