RecommendedI started w/Dr Ren very recently, and cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate his integrative approach to PT and the health of the body overall. I am very much looking forward to my journey with him, and I know I've found the right therapist.
Since having hip resurfacing surgery in July '17, Ren at P5 has greatly helped speed up the healing process. With steady improvement in my hip flexion and all - around joint mobility, I'm now able to ride my bike pain free (what a joy!) for the first time in around 10 years. Ren was highly recommended from a friend in Woodinville and he couldn't have been more right. While less frequent, I still make the 30" drive. I love the specific exercises he gives to work on in between visits.
P5 has been the difference of having mediocre PT versus over the top one on one PT. They really push you to get as much from your one on one visit with them as possible! P5 has been a game changer for me, after undergoing hip surgery. If you are looking for positive results, I highly recommend P5 !
Ren is using the Red Cord System with me and it is incredible how much it helps, both with movement and recovery. Walked out pain free!
I highly recommend P5! The staff are kind, caring and compassionate. They addressed my every concern without hesitation and contributed greatly to my healing process.
