Cass always had a different workout each session, never the same thing. I came to her wanting to be fit, look good and feel good. Normal trainers you get bored, she made it fun (well not fun) every time. Plus having her dogs there made it much more enjoyable. I plan on utilizing the erg classes over the winter months. Thank you p3pe fitness for getting me fit and healthy again!

I can’t say enough good things about P3PE. I have been doing their virtual group-erg classes 3x/week religiously, and my endurance, technique and mental game have improved by leaps and bounds due to their coaching. I’m good at training on my own, but this takes it to a new level in terms of motivation and encouragement.
