Literally the WORST ever.
New Office visit was billed as a mental / emotional disorder and now my insurance won’t cover it. Can’t get any clear answers besides P3Medical Billing Department telling me the diagnosis codes were input correctly. My insurance says otherwise and I am now the middle man going back and forth between the two trying to get answers. All I need is my PCP to resubmit a new claim with the correct diagnosis codes for a simple New Patient Office visit. DONT USE THIS NETWORK. THEY SCREW YOU FINANCIALLY! While I love my physicians, P3 as a network is garbage. I met my out of pocket in September last year, since then all my visits after that when they remit payment they still say I owe the copay…I DONT! Their claims department won’t talk to me because I’m not a provider. When some of the providers willing to call their claims department they told they can’t speak to them because they’re not the member.
