They keep calling and tell us that we are facing penalities for not reporting. She says they are "Medicare Reporting." VERY PERSISTANT and I (an owner) NEED TO CALL THEM!. They keep calling! We were exempt last year due to EMR change.

P3 is the best billing company I have used, and I have used 2 others including ACM within the last year. Do not use ACM!!! P3 has been helpful with dealing with everything that has to do with the insurance companies, they are always in contact with you and sending emails to keep you updated. I have received more payments from insurance companies within the last two months with them, than I have within the last 7 months with the past two billing companies. Beware "Brandon" called the office the other day claiming they were from CMS/ MIPS and were there to assist us with our reporting needs. Our office manager was smart enough to "play dumb" and ask questions as the caller sounded like he was reading from a script. He went so far as to ask for access into the EMR system so he could help run reports. They have a website, look legit, and maybe they are but are highly unethical. We started with the company the first of this year we have been very satisfied, couldn't ask for better service. The support has been excellent! highly recommend.
