Purchased a P3 gauge for my Audi and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been pondering the gauge for a while now and decided to pull the trigger. Had a little mix up with the contents and reached out to customer service. They replied immediately and helped resolve the situation. Install was hassle free and had a multitude of guides for installation. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into a quality gauge for their build!
Matt went above and beyond to help me with a problem on my P3 gauge. After I mailed it in for evaluation, he shared a video showing the testing process and identified that my wiring modification had caused the issue. He suggested swapping in a new harness, and now everything works perfectly. Really appreciate all the help, Matt!
Matt was super helpful troubleshooting an issue I had with my p3 gauge. I subsequently sent in my unit to be inspected. Matt sent me a video bench testing the gauge and let me know the issue was due to the wire splicing I had performed and recommended a replacement harness. Unit is all fixed now! Thanks again, Matt!
I purchased a p3 gauges around 9-10 years ago for my MK6R and I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. I recently stuffed up the configuration settings and did not have a clue how to fix it. I got in touch with the team for support and they went above and beyond. They told me to send it back to them so they can inspect it and make sure the settings are all good + updating the software before reinstalling it in my car.
