On a recent off road ride on my 2018 KTM 500 EXC-F, I gouged the heck out of my P3 pipe guard on some rocks in a fall. I emailed P3 with photos asking for a recommended repair procedure. They are sending me a replacement instead. Incredible customer service!!!!
Amazing customer service . Simply asked where to find a new replacement bracket because I lost mine while cleaning... and they sent a free one !
Used a P3 exhaust shield/protection on my KTM 350 EXCF for a few years. Not cheap, but quality is excellent. I've been active in enduros and hare scrambles in NJ, PA and NY so the bike has a hard life on those rocks. Exhaust header shield finally succumbed and cracked. P3 were fabulous and replaced. They also included a bash plate. Man, this thing is strong! Aside from the great carbon work, I realized that the fixtures they provide for fitting are 1st rate too. Very pleased and highly recommend 🏁😍👍
I placed an order and when it arrived it was not what I expected. I called and after talking to the gentleman at P3 I realized that I in fact misread the item description. What P3 sent was exactly what I ordered. The really awesome part; The gentleman sent me the additional part I needed to finish my build at NO additional charge! And I received it in 2 days!
