Jamie was the listing agent when I bought my first house (about 3 days ago I closed on it). I'd never purchased a home before and everything was very new to me. This particular home purchase was an off market deal, it was very sought after and under contract when I came into the picture. Again, this was my first home buying experience so I wasn't sure how these transactions occur when other parties are "under contract" but I want the house.
