Very easy and fairly quick. Drop off and pick up was a breeze with the complimentary Uber service.
Please, please, please train your team on the safety and importance of installing car seats properly. When I went to take my son’s car seat out of the loaner car, the seatbelt was not even securely snapped into place underneath the required belt path lock for the base to be properly installed. It was strapped in front of the lock. The lock was never lifted up or secured over the belt, and the seat was not properly locked into place to prevent moving or shifting.
