RecommendedFrom start to finish, nothing short of fantastic. My wife got hit in a parking lot. A friend suggested P&R. When the insurance company called and approved getting the car fixed, I called P&R. The scheduler was prompt and to the point, no hassle, got the car scheduled. When we arrived to drop off the car, the rental company was there waiting with a car for us. Walked in, gave my keys, was given a estimated time for the repair. We was there maybe 5 mins. I have taken several automobiles to P & R over the last 10 years for service. Friendly employees, technicians that know what their doing! It was a great experience from start to finish! My wife had a fender bender a few weeks ago. She immediately called me freaking out, not because she was hurt but because she loves her car so much. Ron and his team of technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable, handled the whole situation from start to finish with exceptional customer service and our utmost satisfaction!!!!
