Fantasic I didn't know where to go for a repair shop. I looked around for awhile for a shop. I talked to all my "car buddies ". I finally decided on P & R Repair. Ron & Angie are very nice & professional. Everybody was amazing & pleasant. Ron showed me where he was getting the car part from & what he was doing to my car. My car looks BRAND NEW !!!! It's wonderful. They cleaned my car outside & inside. I would recommend P & R to my family & friends. Thank you

Highly Recommended I just took my car to P&R for minor body repairs today, and was extremely pleased with the service. I felt very respected during my conversations with the owner and staff. The cost was highly competitive, and reasonable for the body work I needed.

Very good service It is hard to find a trustworth shop and when you do, the reputation and the word spreads. The word I got was try them out and see if is really true. Well I did and I am very happy I did! Sorry it took so long to post this, but I just got on the internet a few weeks ago and had no idea this was even on here!

Great place to do business with Ron and staff are great. I was referred to them by a friend in the auto business that I trust for repairing my wife's van. The van was done on date as promised, work was fantastic and they were very easy to deal with. They are now working on my SUV.

Very trustworthy My car was towed to P&R after an accident, and the staff was very kind and professional. They did an excellent job of repairing the damage from the accident, and ONLY the damage from the accident. They were trustworthy and completely on the up-and-up. I feel like I could trust what they were saying and that I wasn't getting taken for a ride. I would recommend them to friends and would definitely take my car back there.

They even cleaned the car... This shop was recommended by my insurance USAA when someone hit my car. They were so professional and trustworthy and really seem to work with me. I was surprised to find my car cleaned inside and out when I picked it and they also returned my rental car. I will do business with them again.

Excellent Service This fall I wrecked my car and had no idea where to go to get it fixed. So, I took my car to 3 different shops in the Covington/Cincinnati area for an estimate. The second I walked onto P&R Auto Repair's parking lot, I was greeted with smiles. The staff was very professional and genuine. Unlike the other two shops, I knew P&R was not there to rip me off but instead provide great service. From start to finish, nothing short of fantastic. My wife got hit in a parking lot. A friend suggested P&R. When the insurance company called and approved getting the car fixed, I called P&R. The scheduler was prompt and to the point, no hassle, got the car scheduled. When we arrived to drop off the car, the rental company was there waiting with a car for us. Walked in, gave my keys, was given a estimated time for the repair. We was there maybe 5 mins. We got the call 3 days sooner that our car was done and ready for pickup.... read more

I have taken several automobiles to P & R over the last 10 years for service. Friendly employees, technicians that know what their doing! It was a great experience from start to finish! My car was ready when they said it would be and looked fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend P & R Auto Repair! These guys get it done and get it done right!!
