Super clean and nice apartments. Landlords are very friendly and responsive. The setting is very nice and quiet in a neighborhood and all of the tenants are professionals/graduate students. Would recommend these as the best apartments I have seen/lived in in Mattoon/Charleston!

This is an incredible company! The unit we rented for our son was excellent and they gave unbelievable customer service!! Anyone looking for a rental in Charleston needs to only look here for the best!! Kudos PP&W!!
Tomorrow our one year lease comes to an end. There were a couple high an lows through out the year but overall awesome place. Apartment was nice an exactly as advertised overall management an maintenance rocked saved us a couple times for being locked out even before hours ! Grass always cut problems always fixed. Would recommend to any college kids starting out !
