The entire procedure went smoothly right from the initial phone call to the business. They were on time, cleaned our carpets for about two hours, did a great job, and were quite reasonably priced. We have the phone number of this excellent firm with us, so we won't need to hunt for a carpet cleaning business the following time.
The technician was courteous and thorough. After using the more aggressive cleaning method, a red wine stain from the previous evening was removed. No hesitation in contacting them one more. I heartily endorse this business!
