Lived at 61 E. Broad Street Apt # 2 from 4/06 - 4/07 and loved the location, thought the price was fine and felt the landlords were nice, fair guys. I'd often stop by their office out back and talk to them for five minutes. After a year I got a promotion and decided to purchase my first house. Decided not to renew my lease and gave them the appropriate heads up. Mike and Michelle are the best property manager, by far. They listen, I’ve been late on rent a few times and their understanding is a blessing. Not many landlords are like that, especially in these times. I love my apartment. It’s always clean and the decorations they put outside is a nice touch. Every once in a while, they leave reminder notes on the doors (maintenance, holiday, change of filters) It’s pleasant and feels personable!
