I paid for a dip nail removal and a regular manicure. At the end the nail tech who did my nails completely destroyed my nails. The top layer got removed, they’re red and thin as paper. Won’t be going back here.

I’ve been coming here for five years and hadn’t been in a few months but the service has gone downhill. I was rushed repeatedly today, despite no one else waiting. I looked at the colors and was told they’d get me the white I asked for. I grabbed the color for my manicure I wanted to match to the gel. While getting my pedicure, someone else started testing gel colors on my hands. She was nowhere close to the right color, and I kept having to redirect. if you’re looking for an inexpensive ($35) gel manicure with a small-business charm, this is the place to go! staff was professional and polite. the gentleman who did my nails shaped them carefully, didn’t rush but was efficient. the color selection was not super large, but i imagine supplies are expensive and they had what i needed. thank you p nails spa!
