I signed a contract for an apartment and changed my mind 2 days later. I was told I had to go in and give them a 30 day written notice. I assumed they would put it back on the market on that day. I was told I would be charged for the days the apartment was on hold. I assumed 2 days. I was told they would refunded a part of my refund within 10 days. We regret that your interaction wasn't more positive. We had hoped that you would have signed a lease as agreed, and been a Resident of ours for year to come. The Agreement that you signed did clearly spell out what you would be charged if you changed your mind about signing a lease. We also attempted to explain it verbally, and we regret that our explanation did not make it more clear to you. After 4 calls a day for a week (each time not getting a real person and never a call back), I finally got a live person. Set up a showing for 8am at a house on E. Cornell (house number left off for the sake of the owner of the property) on 2/28/2019. I received a voicemail from Landry Douglas Head Field Agent the afternoon before and called back confirming my appointment but letting him know it was possible I'd be a few minutes late trying to get the kids off to school. We regret that you were late to the appointment and missed the agent. The agent did in fact show four other people the house at the appointment time. This has been verified with the people that were present and viewed the home.
All I have to say is WOW! I have never been so disrespected like when I spoke to Lori and Tracy at PM services. I guess talking over people and dismissing maintenance issues is what they consider to be good customer service. I would think twice about having them manage my property.

We did have an interaction with this person, but he is not our customer. He was calling on behalf of one of our Residents. We were not able to accommodate his unrealistic demands in regards to his sisters maintenance request. The maintenance request was addressed, but not as he felt it should be. We regret that we were not able to turn the interaction into a positive one.
PM Services is okay, no really. I moved into my apartment in August and they didn't fix anything. I feel liked they rushed the process. I asked about the crime rate and if there were in any problems in the apartments. The agent (Carrie) showing me the apartment said no. They gave me the wrong lock to my garage and didn't have anyone come out and fix it until someone tried to break into and tried stealing my car. P M Services always recommends that prospective Residents call the police department if they are concerned with crime rates in the area they are considering to reside in. We are very limited in what we can say or discuss in regards to crime, whereas the police department has all the information on calls for service. Crime happens regularly all over the Fresno/Clovis area, and while we do all the we can to prevent and reduce it, it's up to the individual Resident to evaluate what neighborhood they choose to live in.
