Thank you Michele, Laura, Edwin, my air conditioner motor was either worn out or blown by an ace power outage that blew out some of my surge protectors. I was sure I bought and had installed the unit by P&M until Edwin informed me I did not purchase it from them. Been about 10 years but could've swarm I did. Some years ago, I was recommended this company to fix air conditioning problems. I had a problem where water from my unit was coming only through a backup pipe. Not only did they identify the problem, which was blockage of the main water condensation pipe, but they replaced a u joint pipe with a clear one, and this new part had a hole covered with a cap, so I could clean out any future clogs, since this u joint required by regulations was prone to clogging. P&M Mechanical installed a new Central Air System in my historic Craftsman Bungalow. The whole process was exceptional from the beginning. They listened to my concerns and came up with a system that was exactly what I wanted. The installation was amazing considering the lath and plaster ceilings they had to deal with. Juan and Daniel, the installers, were very detailed and made sure every was done properly. I have worked with many contractors and I can say this was one of my best experiences.
