I have this company a very good review several years ago before I had to install a new AC unit in my 3 level home last year. It was very expensive and I was depending on Michele the owner to guide me to the correct unit as I am 84 years old and a widow. The unit did not work properly in my upstairs bedroom. Have a samsung heat pump installed in 2021, the compressor went out recently, PM Mechanical sent Edwin out determined the problem, ordered a new compressor, when they rec'd the compressor, Laura/Michelle set up a repair day, tech repaired in a day, All under Warranty. AC working fine, Thank You. I was charged for inspection and labor, compressor was under warranty.
P&M gave me the name of the technician (Edwin), so there was no surprises. Edwin called 30 min before he arrived. He was very polite and professional. He wore shoe covers in my home. I first used P&M in 2002, and will continue to always use them.
We have used P&M Mechanical for almost 10yrs! They are incredibly professional, prompt and detailed. Edwin came out to check our AC and figured out the issue right away. Michelle and Nicole quickly provided options and were supportive through the whole process. I have highly recommended to our neighbors, family and friends - and would encourage anyone to call them!
This is our go to company for our heating and air conditioning system. we recently had to replace our old air conditioning system and with help from Nicole installed a new Heat Pump system that met both needs. out went the old gas furnace and in came the heat pump. when the city came to do the final inspection for the permit the comment was that they really did not need to comb through all of the work as this company always does superior work and that they have never found a problem with their installations. what better reco... read more
