I set up an initial cleaning and no one showed up so I was forced to reschedule. I messaged them the night before to confirm the rescheduled cleaning but did not receive a confirmation. Today was supposed to be my rescheduled cleaning but no one showed AGAIN. I tried calling and was sent directly to voicemail. I would not recommend this cleaning company as they are clearly unreliable.

I was looking to get a deep cleaning performed on my apt and got in touch with P&M over Yelp. They were quick to respond with a very fair estimate, as well as a proposed date/time in which the cleaning would take place. Similar to Catherine Harkin’s review, I was the one that had to confirm the appointment. 37 hours before the team was supposed to show up for the cleaning, they asked if they could change the date to another day.
