Fantastic work by Chris and his crew. They installed a 15 zone system in 4 days!!! Excellent work, took care to minimize impact to the lawn and left the yard in great condition. Chris communicated well throughout the project and took the time to answer all my questions and had excellent system knowledge. I would definitely go back to P&L for future work at my property.

Snow removal is a disaster. They have management tell us to move our cars by 9am, and don't show up until 10. They then today said they won't be here until 10 (at 8:45 when everyone had already moved) and they still don't show up until 10:30. We have nowhere to move so many of us sit in our cars waiting. They also plow so poorly that they end up blocking about 5-6 parking spots in a parking lot that's already short on parking. They like to plow at 4am even when there isn't any snow.
