I, unfortunately had a fall that required the services of Dr. Richards. My first critique of the office was most definitely going to be the amount of time waiting to seen; however, I must applaud the office for running on time, each and every appointment I have had. This is the first medical office I have EVER been in that respects your time too. Dr. Richards and Brooke (his PA) presented themselves in a very caring, professional manner. Dr. Richards has helped me through several painful circumstances in my life. Be it arthritis or accident, he fixed me up and put me back on track. His skill and knowledge are surpassed only by his kindness and gentle manner. Dr. Richards, his PA, Brooke, and the rest of the staff all rate highest in my book!
