We engaged Pat Ward to do an addition to our home. The work was completed in 2011. To date (July 2017), the brand new shower in the master suite has leaked down into our great room; the new AC system has leaked through the ceiling in our son's room; the brand new roof has leaked, and the deck over our garage leaks as well.
