Just finished my first visit here and so far I'm pleased! I follow my OB here when she changed offices so I know she is wonderful. The office staff were all friendly and professional. The office facility is rather large and clean and up to date. They got me seen right on time (this can always change of course, depending on emergencies that may happen) and helped me get my follow up scheduled. I'm excited to be going here! It's just a relief seeing a doctor I trust.
This office deserves ZERO stars review. The office staff if VERY unprofessional and do not care about their patients. Maria specifically, she was very rude and unprofessional, ignoring and was dismissive on everything that was stated to her. I don’t understand how a clinic could have workers like her, when their patients seek care and are being ignored. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
Every experience I’ve had at this office has been frustrating and unprofessional. During a previous procedure, I was handled roughly by the doctor, who also spoke rudely to the trainee assisting her. At another visit, I came in with serious concerns and was brushed off without a proper exam. I would not recommend this office. Staff is very unprofessional, does not communicate before taking action on personal documents. Staff are rude and definitely do not follow office policy. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE !
At Gill OB/GYN Medical Group, I was under the care of Dr. David J. Russell, who made extremely inappropriate and offensive remarks. He told me I was “too fat,” assumed I had diabetes without any lab results, and said my pain was due to me being “lazy” and not eating healthy or exercising. Meanwhile, I was dealing with real pregnancy complications—my baby was measuring 3 weeks ahead, and I was in significant pain.
