I am so glad I switched out of this group. The providers that were good are all gone. The last time I was there I was laughed at and told that when my baby dies because I didn’t get the glucose test done yet it was my fault. It wasn’t that I wasn’t going to but I had a lot of things happening at home and I hadn’t found the time yet, the doctor, Nguyen was absolutely horrible. They never answer the phone waited three weeks for results I never got it appointment for mamo horrible office staff
I have never dealt with such disorganization from Dr. Gil not knowing why I was there, to a health aide giving me the wrong instructions for a procedure, to setting up an appointment just to have it changed or rescheduled without checking with me first. I lost income from not going to work and going to 2 useless appointments. If you want excellent health care, go to Sutter Health.
