I have never dealt with such disorganization from Dr. Gil not knowing why I was there, to a health aide giving me the wrong instructions for a procedure, to setting up an appointment just to have it changed or rescheduled without checking with me first. I lost income from not going to work and going to 2 useless appointments. If you want excellent health care, go to Sutter Health. it’s not 5 stars but the only problem no havre is i. do not like dr maria E. i refuse to see her. but dr gil is very friendly every understanding i have no complaints with her shes been the nicest dr in the office. she listens shes understanding she takes time to explain things she makes me feel comfortable and heard. and i’ve never really had a problem with my appointments when they are with her i’m seen pretty quick. but a drs office is a drs office when i’m scheduled with other PA or dr there has been a few times i’ve wai... read more
HORRIBLE!!! I will NEVER come back to this office in Lodi. I was the only client in this office at the time. I was placed in a room immediately. I was told to undress. I waited for 45 minutes in the cold. Undressed and waiting for Dr. Michelle Nguyen. I saw her sitting down across from the room I was placed in. After 45 minutes of waiting I opened the door and saw her still sitting at her desk. I got dressed and was about to leave when she walks in the room. I told her that the service was unacceptable.
