Hands down the best Iberian dry chorizo there is to be had I've been eating good (including homemade) Portuguese and Spanish chorizos more than 60 yrs and this is the champion.

I have been eating Molinari Salame for over 50 years. NOTHING BETTER. Had some Salame shipped from the East Coast to try and thought it was terrible.
