Only place I go Found it through word of mouth. They had a wide variety of everything I needed at great prices. It was well organized and the people were friendly and helpful. I have told all of my friends! AND it was easier to find than I expected.
P F Mc Mullin Co is my first choice! This store has everything I need. We have two children, 5 and 7 months. They always have the gear the other stores don't and at a great price. Name brands, kids clothes...everything. Shop here first. I have for many years.
Don't go anywhere else We go here every year. Gloves, goggles, bags, bindings, socks. We've bought everything here except jackets. It's a great place with great service and they stand behind their products. We had bad bindings they replaced a year later, no questions asked. And their prices are below the major chain stores.
P F Mc Mullin Co is awesome! PF McMullin has a website now, check it out at www.pfpowder.com, they just got it up and running with a ton of products, blog, events and other information. If you guys love them as much as I do, their site is a must see. It even has a nifty map for finding their shop easily.
Bad customer service I found this place while I was Searching for a store that would carry khombu boots. Customer service in non existent. We walked in the store we were not greeted. The cashier seemed to be annoyed. The whole time we were at the store it was very uncomfortable. We found what we were looking for but next time we will buy else where.
great prices This is a great little store that sells discount ski and snowboarding clothing and accessories. The selection is actually pretty good and the prices are amazing. The merchandise must be from prior seasons, or something, but who cares when you're getting a killer deal? The location is kind of hard to find in sort of and industrial office building center..
Benchmark customer service An honest, hardworking, American shop with dedication to the customer. I had a set of vintage Burton bindings which needed a replacement part which no one had. PF McMullin also advised that part would not be found but he offered to assist. I brought in my son's vintage bindings and they were able to set me up with the parts to make everything functional again. Others said, 'to bad, sell it and buy another'. AMAZING customer service Today I went into PF McMullin's place looking for some screws for my bindings (I was missing 4 screws). I asked the girl at the counter if they had the screws, and she rounded up 4 of them, along with the washers and gave them to me no charge. As if that wasn't amazing enough, when I got back to my truck, I tried to figure out how to install the screws, and couldn't figure it out (I'm a total newbie).
