Terrible. Won’t listen to concerns and hang up on you when you try to get a resolution.reference photo on the right. They look so bad. Husband and wife too busy arguing with each other to give any sort of customer service. Pics on their Facebook are very misleading. Edit: I did reach out BEFORE I posted a review. You hung up multiple times. Said you didn’t care I was unhappy and that you don’t do refunds. Basically “oh well you’re not happy, we don’t care”
The pictures posted online have to be from a different studio, they missed the request entirely and offer no help trying to fix it. Disrespectful as hell. I would try and reach out but yall hang up every time I call.
