When I showed up for my surgery, he didn't even remember the surgery I was having. I had to remind him & he then had to ask to see my chart. I woke up from surgery with additional procedures done that I had not given consent to. In fact, he did something that I specifically told him in a prior office visit that I didn't want done. I've spent that last 4 yrs of my life trying to correct the God-awful work he did.
