The owner is the most unprofessional and unethical individual. Left wires expose on the garage motor. When we asked him to fix it that we weren't satisfied with how the cables were left exposed and that it was a safety hazard. The owner responded he was not hired and got paid to do what we were asking or recommending that all he would do is wrap tape around the exposed cables. This was on a brand new construction home. Gave 1 star because there was no choice. He deserves -0 stars.
