I had a flat tire late on Saturday of Easter weekend. I found a screw in my rear tire just before we were leaving the in law's for the highway drive home. Failed to uphold professional conduct by withholding passing a safety inspection unless upsold services (e.g. a brake pad and rotor replacement, then a brake service) were purchased. 3.
