I bought a custom piece from Pachulah for my daughter. When she opened it, there was an Etsy tag on it. After looking up the seller, I was charged almost six times the original Etsy price. I was assured via text by Danny (the owner) that this item was made “at the Pachulah factory.” I personally watched Danny box the item at pickup. He showed me the front of the necklace inside the box, but the Etsy tag was attached to the back, which I did not see at the time. I left my watches with their in-house repair person with the understanding I'd get an estimate before any work was done. That was Monday. It's Friday and my four calls had not been answered. I was getting nervous and went to the store. It was completely cleared out. Everything was gone. I was VERY impressed with Howie, and his attention to detail in servicing a 1988 TT Rolex DateJust. The watch was my fathers, and has sentimental value to me, so I was nervous to have it worked on by just anyone. If you have the dreaded "Band stretch" with a vintage jubliee strap, your repair options are very limited and a super specialized service which only a handful of places can do (I think there is just one shop in Miami in the US). Went in for a small watch repair. The gentleman was very nice and did not charge me. He could easily have charged me $10 $15 and I would have gladly paid it but he charged me nothing which was amazing. Thank you. Remarkable service
