I was VERY impressed with Howie, and his attention to detail in servicing a 1988 TT Rolex DateJust. The watch was my fathers, and has sentimental value to me, so I was nervous to have it worked on by just anyone. If you have the dreaded "Band stretch" with a vintage jubliee strap, your repair options are very limited and a super specialized service which only a handful of places can do (I think there is just one shop in Miami in the US). Went in for a small watch repair. The gentleman was very nice and did not charge me. He could easily have charged me $10 $15 and I would have gladly paid it but he charged me nothing which was amazing. Thank you. Remarkable service
Anna did an amazing job creating my custom wedding earrings! They were absolutely stunning and exactly what I envisioned. When they ended up being a bit too long, she quickly fixed them for me with no hassle. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect really stood out. I couldn't be happier with her work. She definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend her for any custom jewelry needs.
