Danny is a great guy, really great customer service and helping out with the entire project. Would reccomend to anyone
I bought an engagement ring and wedding band two years ago from this shop. The end product is good, however the customer service is non existent. I have tried to call and email the shop several times to inquire about the warranty. I have had no reply, despite several voicemails and emails. Also, ordering the custom project took over a full month longer than quoted. Communication while waiting for the order to be completed was lacking. So if you do plan on ordering a custom ring from this shop, do so a long time in advance.

I am extremely upset by the false claims that this was a custom ... read more
