I called Ozzys because I had a sea cock valves and pump that needed changing. He was able to send a tech whose name was Abraham who was very knowledgeable and was able to change two seacock valves with my boat in the water without having to haul it out. Ozzy serviced my boat within 24 hours of my call even though it was my first time. He has won me over and will definitely call him for any work needed on my boat. Ozzy and the service was great, I could tell instantly he knew his stuff when I called him with my issue, which multiple other shops could not figure out. Boat ran like new after he was done , top quality service and technical knowledge, I have a new marine mechanic now !!
