Good range of products and designs but the staff is indifferent, cold and weird. 5 people looking like staff but nobody said hi to customers, not a single word. Never come back.
We had a very poor experience with Ozwide. The product delivered was not what was ordered and then no real urgency or co-operation to have it rectified and in the end we had to pay an additional cost. As there is no opportunity to respond to the comments below unfortunately the only option is to edit the original review. The circumstances of the poor experience are well known to Ozwide as are our contact details so if there was a commitment to resolution I’m not sure why there hasn’t been any attempt to resolve the situation... read more
What an absolute gem! Cannot recommend them enough! From the customer service and knowledge to the prices and quality of stock, we ended up upgrading so many more fittings than planned, because we couldn’t pass up the great prices!! We will definitely be back when we do our next DIY project.
