STAY CLEAR FROM OZTEK HOMES, they will take you to stars and back before signing the contract, but Once contract is signed you will be lucky if you can get in touch with anyone. At time i had to go and wait for hours to one of their display home/Office just so that i can speak with someone. Almost 13 months post contract signing no progress have been made, not even submitted the plans to Council for approval. I am building a house with this group. The contract finished by October 2021.. by Dec i was promised that I will get the house in May . No progress since frames are completed in Jan. Never build with such small builders who don’t even bother about the clients commitments!!
Would not recommend Oztek Homes, they are Incredibly disappointing. They don't even have the common courtesyto keep you updated with what's going on we have to keep chasing them up for updates so we can book the next building inspection, but they keep avoiding our messages because they haven't started on the next sage. So disappointed with the progress of building, with almost a month delay between each stage which is absolutely ridiculous!!
