Manny was excellent. He came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what our options were. He noticed that the original company had left without finishing the job and made sure to explain this directly to the warranty company on our behalf. Ozonefreeze was recommended by my home warranty company. When I called and spoke with Manuel, he was polite and courteous, scheduled my appointment, called when he was en route, troubled-shot the issues, ordered the part, scheduled the next visit and replaced the part without any issues.
