My Tenants A/C stopped working and Ozone came out to inspect. He advised me that my compressor was shot and I needed a new one. He answered all my questions and suggested replacing the outside unit as this is recommened. He quoted me several types of units and was very informative. Unfortantely, I was strapped for cash so I could not replace the entire unit. Ozone went as far as calling the original manufacturer to see if maybe the compressor still had warranty.
