I've been with Dr.Ozelm Pala for about 2 years when I found out that she was leaving I was very saddened because she also listen to her patient afraid ,but I'm going in with a open-minded I'm going to Dr.Ozel Pala good luck on your journey to your new home I know you're going to do a great job thanks for everything you have I done for. I've been Dr Pala's patient for over a year. I felt cared for and listened to. I saw her for a regular follow up appointment in April. Had some new concerns, which she addressed. We had a plan of care and a follow up visit for June. I received a call in May, they needed to reschedule my appointment with her. Okay, no problem. Moved to July. Then after another week or so another phone call that said I would need a new rheumatologist, as Dr Pala was not going to be available. Dr. Pala is so kind, so understanding, and really cares about her patients! She listens to and respects her patient's choices. She is very thorough, asks questions, gives her medical advice and never rushes you out of the door. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel very comfortable! She has been nothing but a blessing and I would recommend her every single time!
