Always having to check on the status of an order, having to change the status of an order. Our company and along with 2 other companies will no longer be using them.
I ordered 100 shirts from Joey Garrison from Ozier Apparel. I had the concept and they got the design drawn up for me in record time. Great design work, great price, fast turn around and a high quality shirt. We had the design done so that we could resell the product at a outdoor craft festival. We ordered 100 shirts and sold all but one. The one we didnt sell was because someone loved it so much they decided to steal it. We will definitely be doing business with Joey Garrison and Ozier Apparel in the future.
Over the years, many of my clients have used Ozier and we have experienced quick service, excellent feedback and great quality! And very thankful for the "specials" they've been able to accommodate from time to time. Always a 5 STAR experience!!
I ordered a bunch of shirts for our Young Life kids and needed them very quickly. The people here are easy to work with, allowing us to nail down the exact design we wanted with ease. I needed the shirts in about a week span and they were even delivered to me early. Great company and super easy to work with.
Excellent customer service as well as a product that exceeded expectations!
Not to impressed. My phone call went to voice mail. They didn't answer my email inquiring if my shirts were ready.They told me a week and it's been a week but the shirts weren't ready when I went to pick them up. Wanted me to come back in an hour. I don't think I'll be using them again.
