My neighbors in Cookson, an elderly couple, have been waiting 5 hours since they lost power for Ozarks to come make repairs. This is inexcusable. You can't talk to a real person, it's all automated. Ozarks sucks big time.
Customer service is awful; I spoke to someone a month ago to fix an issue with my bill and they told me something that apparently they didn't follow through on... I called today and waited forever, and then finally got through and asked to speak to a supervisor, but when that call was connected I got an answering machine... Now I'm trying to call back and I'm on hold for "longer than 20 minutes." This is ridiculous and a total waste of time, but I have to get this issue fixed...
