Our electricity went out yesterday afternoon in our neighborhood, and Ozarks Electric workers were here until 3:30 a.m. to get it back up and running. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

My neighbors in Cookson, an elderly couple, have been waiting 5 hours since they lost power for Ozarks to come make repairs. This is inexcusable. You can't talk to a real person, it's all automated. Ozarks sucks big time.
