Marty is THE best landlord Springfield has to offer. Courteous, professional, and extremely reasonable on rent costs. Always there if a problem occurs. I would recommend him for someone looking to buy a home as well. Decent human being..which has become, unfortunately, a rare commodity.

They were good. Not a really memorable experience but I have nothing bad to say about them.
My husband and I bought a house from Marty in 2017. We had the house until August 2022 when we sold it. Marty was such a pleasure to work with on purchasing our home and selling it. If anyone is in the market for rentals or purchasing a home give him a call. Thanks Marty and Derek for always being avaible when we had questions.
