Ordered an 83x16 trailer from them. Had to wait a few additional weeks from the original date I was told, which I understand it’s a busy time and didn’t mind. Picked trailer up; day 3 of owning it wiring had already started to fail. Rewired it, had my first flat on it, the spare they sold me with the trailer was the wrong lug pattern. Two years ago we got a trailer from them and regret it deeply. They said two weeks for the paperwork to tag it and two months later they found out they forgot to even send it off. Then the hitch broke within three months and the boards were rotted within a year and a half. I'll give them credit though they did replace the boards but didnt do anything in the hitch even though they said they would replace the spring. Bought a RRS84 Bed from them on Friday, they were not very happy about making a sale that was too close to closing time on a Friday. They were going to charge for using a credit card and were extremely rude about it, even though they were still making a sale. Their people skill were very poor. The overall style of the bed was good. There are some improvements that could be made, the welders weld too hot and leave blisters visible through paint. I waited 2 weeks on a trailer one guy said no deposit then another said they would sell it if I didn’t have a deposit. Don’t keep there word like I was taught will take my money where ur word is ur bond.
they have a bad habit of saying they have all these trailers show a picture of their inventory and have all these trailers then when you text about a trailer it's always on four to six-week order you can't buy one now from them they told me so they said no you'll have to buy it for someone else this is the second time I tried and I think it's very poor business practices
