We had a fantastic experience today. We were warmly welcomed, and had very little wait time. My 11 year old daughter had her first appointment to be casted for orthotics, and was nervous. John was so patient with her, and explained the process, calming her nerves. He answered my 7 year old son's many questions, and even took the time to show our family the process of how he makes prosthetics. John, thank you so much for your time and kindness today!
they will help me walk again i am praying anyway
This outfit made Orthotics for my wife that hurt her feet so bad she couldn't walk across the room. We went back three times for adjustments, they ground pieces off each time and still could not stand them. We paid them over $800 for these worthless pieces of plastic. The last time we went they kept the orthotics so now they not only have our money but have the orthotics. They refuse to give us any kind of refund for these worthless pieces of plastic. Brandt showed up in my hospital room the morning after my amputation in November of 2011 & has taken excellent care of me -- as has the rest of the staff -- ever since. My next set of consumables: what I call the 'stump sack' & the outer sheath that creates the vacuum seal. My 1st "leg" had a mechanical latch & release but I switched to the vacuum system while I was in Utah from August of 2013 to October of 2016.
