Ozark Mountain Air replaced our air conditioner last week after our 20 year old system died. When it was going to take a few days to get our new system in, they provided us with a window unit to help us get through the weekend. Everyone I encountered with OMA was friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend them. We will be using Ozark Mountain Air for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.
Professional, helpful and trustworthy. I really appreciate Jason and Nathan trying to give us the best solution for the most cost effective price. They have never pressured us or tried to sell us something we don’t need and sadly that’s rare in their profession where people can easily be taken advantage of.
My Ac was not working and when I called at 1 he was here by 4! Fast, professional, timely service and helped me with the cost. I definitely will recommend this business. Thanks mike for your great service and putting up with my dog millie!

I haven't had any problems with my unit--knock on wood--but the service department has been very courteous and prompt for my maintenance service.
Our heat went out around New Years Even when it was below 10 degrees. We called another company and they told us that our control panel was out and that it would cost us between $700-$800. That didn't sit right with me so I contacted Ozark Mountain Air and they got someone out immediately. Turns out our flame sensor was just really dirty.
