i have a friend and his wife and children currently living in the park in a 5th wheel. he gave the office the money they requested 480 for a months rent and 300 deposit and the 25 $ application fee. he was later charged much more at a much higher rate . this higher rate he would have never agreed to. They didn't like his response so he was given 2 days to move his family. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect campsite. Full hookups. Class A 40 ft had plenty of room. Clean laundry. Simply a nice place to relax.
